1. The Service
AIGrow provides an AI-powered business assessment and 90-day roadmap service. Upon completing the questionnaire and paying $99 AUD, you receive a personalised implementation roadmap generated by Claude AI based on your responses.
2. Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your roadmap is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.
3. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your roadmap, contact us within 7 days at hello@aigrow.com.au and we will either regenerate your roadmap with adjusted parameters or provide a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
4. Nature of Advice
The roadmap is generated by AI based on the information you provide and is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, or IT advice. Implementation decisions remain your responsibility. Results will vary depending on your business circumstances and execution.
5. Intellectual Property
The roadmap generated for your business is yours to use, share, and implement. AIGrow retains ownership of the underlying platform, prompts, and methodology.
6. Limitation of Liability
AIGrow's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service ($99 AUD). We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from implementation of roadmap recommendations.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
