1. Information We Collect
When you complete our AI Opportunity Assessment, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the business information you provide in the questionnaire. We also collect payment information through Stripe — we do not store your card details directly.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your questionnaire responses are used solely to generate your personalised AI roadmap via the Claude AI API. Your email address is used to deliver your roadmap and to respond to any support requests. We do not use your information for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Anthropic Claude (roadmap generation — responses are processed but not stored by Anthropic for training), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (email delivery). Each has their own privacy policy.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your questionnaire data is held in memory only for as long as needed to process your roadmap (maximum 2 hours), then deleted. We do not store roadmaps or questionnaire responses in a database. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
5. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@aigrow.com.au.
